Dineability is a platform designed to make dining more accessible for individuals with mobility challenges. It features an interactive map og hundreds of restaurants in Singapore advertise themselves as "wheelchair-accessible," but not all accessibility claims are equally reliable. This web app bridges that gap by offering detailed, user-driven reviews and ratings to accurately reflect real-world conditions. Users share valuable insights on critical accessibility factors—such as genuinely step-free entrances, practical restroom usability, and comfortable seating arrangements tailored for wheelchair users.
More than just a directory, Dineability fosters a community-driven approach to accessibility. Through shared experiences, I hope this can help eliminate some uncertainty and make it easier to discover accessible dining spaces.
